We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders can only be placed with a valid shipping address located in the United States. During checkout, the available shipping destination is restricted to the United States.
We do not currently ship orders to international destinations.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time refers to the time required to verify the order, prepare the products, and hand the package over to the shipping carrier. It does not include transit time.

The carrier selected for an individual order may vary based on shipping requirements and operational availability.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be damaged upon delivery, please document the condition of the package and contact us as soon as possible.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location and with other members of your household or building. You may also contact the applicable carrier for additional delivery information.
